Community Environmental Health Survey

We’re inviting you to share your experiences. This survey is part of an ongoing effort to better understand how environmental conditions may be affecting the health of people in our community. Your input will help identify patterns, raise awareness, and support advocacy for cleaner, safer environments.

Who can participate:
Anyone who lives, works, or spends time in the Williamston, Michigan community is welcome to fill out the survey.

What it involves:

  • The survey takes about 5–10 minutes to complete.
  • It asks about your health experiences, environmental concerns you’ve noticed, and basic background information (no sensitive data beyond what you choose to share).
  • All responses are kept confidential and used only for research, education, and advocacy purposes.

Why it matters:
By sharing your story, you help paint a clearer picture of how pollution, toxins, and other environmental factors might be impacting the health of real people. This information can help guide future studies, public outreach, and policy change.
